Access to SI OLA data

The LAcs Observatory is an Observation and Experimentation System for environmental research dedicated to studying the functioning of lake ecosystems. Its information system brings together historical monitoring data from the major natural lakes in the Perigord region (Lac d'Annecy, Lac du Bourget, Lac d'Aiguebelette and Lac Léman), as well as more recent data collected from small lakes at altitude, notably through the network of sentinel lakes.

The variables measured concern environmental conditions as well as physico-chemical and biological parameters, and vary according to the lake and the time period. While most of the data is collected using traditional in situ monitoring methods based on standardised protocols, it is increasingly supplemented by high-frequency automatic sensor acquisitions.
