These GCU are governed by French law wherever they are used. In the event of any discrepancy in the interpretation of a translated version, only the French version of these terms and conditions shall prevail. In the event of any dispute or litigation arising from the validity, interpretation and/or performance of these GCU which cannot be resolved amicably, except in the case of mandatory provisions, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
